• Marie Hein is a seasoned HR executive with 20 years of transformative leadership experience in Fortune 500 companies across manufacturing, CPG/FMCG, retail, and healthcare. She has led strategic HR initiatives in global, highly matrixed organizations, driving business transformation, workforce modernization, and leadership development.

    As a PROSCI-certified change practitioner, Marie specializes in designing and executing comprehensive change management and communication strategiesto ensure seamless business transitions. She has modernized HR operating models, integrating technology and data-driven insights to enhance decision-making and workforce effectiveness. Her leadership in talent management and succession planning has resulted in the successful transition of critical C-suite roles.

    In 2024, Marie founded BridgePoint HR Solutions to help small and mid-sized businesses implement world-class HR practices that enhance organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, and business performance. Before launching her consulting practice, she was Head of Global HR for Conagra Brands, where she played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s people strategy. Earlier in her career, she held leadership roles in Talent Acquisition at Walgreens Boots Alliance.

    Marie is a passionate mentor and leadership coach, dedicated to developing high-performing HR teams and creating inclusive, people-centric cultures that drive business success. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration & Marketing from Alfred University and a Master of Science in Human Resources from Loyola University. She earned her PHR certification in 2014 and her PROSCI change practitioner certification in 2021. She also serves on the Human Resources Management Association’s (HRMAC) Council as part of the Executives’ Club of Chicago.
